情報過多に疲弊する現代人。通知に溢れるスマートフォンは悩ましいが、かといって情報を絶つ「デジタルデトックス」も反動を生みやすく、持続性に乏しい。そんな矛盾に向き合いながらも、人生を変える情報との出会いを信じたい。そこで注目すべきが、視覚を奪わず、他の動作をしながら聴くことができる音声メディア、ポッドキャスト。そしてそれは、「偶然性」を日常にもたらす可能性を秘めている。Modern life is saturated with information, leaving many exhausted. Smartphones, overflowing with notifications, are a constant source of stress—yet cutting off information entirely through digital detoxes often leads to rebound and lacks sustainability. Still, there remains a desire to believe in encounters with transformative information. One promising medium is the podcast—an audio format that doesn't demand our eyes and can be consumed while engaging in other activities.
