On a longtemps appris aux femmes à taire leur cycle, à le vivre comme un poids ou un frein. Pourtant, derrière ce tabou se cache une ressource inestimable. Pour Sabrina CAMINADE, le cycle menstruel est une boussole : il influence notre énergie, nos émotions, nos décisions et même nos relations. En renouant avec cette cyclicité, nous pouvons éviter l’épuisement, mieux nous organiser, créer différemment et habiter nos vies avec plus de sérénité. Son talk est une invitation à briser le silence, à réhabiliter ce savoir oublié et à construire un avenir plus équilibré, où la cyclicité n’est plus une faiblesse mais une force collective. Je m’appelle Sabrina Caminade, endopreneuse, masseuse et éducatrice menstruelle en devenir. J’ai créé Marga, un espace dédié au bien-être des femmes, avec une approche qui aide à trouver un équilibre dans sa cyclicité. Marga est un reflet de mon parcours : un chemin vers soi, vers la connaissance de son corps, et l’épanouissement personnel.
Diagnostiquée tardivement d’endométriose, j’ai appris à mieux comprendre mon cycle pour gérer mon énergie, réduire le stress et améliorer ma productivité.
Aujourd’hui, j’accompagne les femmes à utiliser leur cyclicité comme un outil de gestion du temps et de bien-être pour éviter l’épuisement et retrouver une organisation fluide. Parce qu’en écoutant son cycle, on peut vivre mieux, travailler mieux, créer mieux et développer une confiance solide en soi et en son corps.
