Let Yourself Sing | Mikayla Batschi | TEDxJoaquin
Mikayla Batschi shares her journey in music and urges everyone to sing! To sing even if it's not perfect. To let yourself sing! Mikayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University, which she received in April 2018. In 2019, she founded Batschi Vocals, where she now teaches full-time. She is also Level 1 Certified in the Singing Athlete Methodology and is in the process of obtaining her IVA Teacher Certification.A key aspect of Mikayla's success as a vocal instructor lies in her unique blend of music and mental health education. Drawing from her background in both fields, she takes an integrative approach to singing—helping students not only develop their voices but also heal emotionally through the process of music. This holistic approach has led to significant progress for her students, both in their vocal abilities and their personal growth. Nebraska Wesleyan alum Greg Harris is the co-founder of Quantum Workplace, an Omaha-based leader in employee feedback software. He served as its CEO for 18 years.
