You were never Not Enough | Dr. Farzana Lakdavala | TEDxSeasonsStreet

The feeling of unworthiness is a trap that can quietly shape every choice you make. For Dr. Farzana, it began in childhood and led to years of chasing approval, overachieving, and heartbreak until a series of raw turning points revealed the truth. In her TEDx talk, she shares why chasing approval never fills the emptiness inside and how self-compassion, trauma release, and inner child healing can break lifelong patterns. Her journey from survival to safety opened the door to freedom, joy, and love including finding her soulmate and becoming a mother again at 43.In this talk, she invites you to recognize the hidden patterns that have kept you small, and reclaim the parts of yourself you abandoned. It’s a call to step into your worth and to finally believe: you were always enough. Dr. Farzana Lakdavala is a visionary leader and holistic wellness coach who blends science, soul, and inner alignment to empower individuals and inspire conscious living.
