考數學教我學會的事 | 文詠 侯 | TEDxTaipei Fuhsing Private School
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. - 17:52Justice Without a Price Tag | PRACHETA SINGH | TEDxShiva Shiksha Sadan YouthJustice Without a Price Tag takes the audience inside the courtroom to uncover an uncomfortable truth — justice, though a fundamental right, often comes at a cost many cannot afford. Through real-life stories of ordinary people caught in unfair situations and firsthand experiences from the judicial world, the talk exposes how expensive legal aid can turn rights into privileges. It also highlights transformative initiatives like NALSA’s Early Access to Justice, which ensure free and competent legal support when people need it most. With insight, empathy, and wit, the talk calls upon students, volunteers, and citizens to become catalysts of change — spreading awareness and bridging the gap between the law and the people. It is a powerful reminder that justice must never be sold; it must remain every person’s right, not a privilege. I was appointed the youngest Judge in 2012 at the age of 25, driven by my passion to eradicate injustice. I am a strong advocate of free and competent legal aid under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, and believe that liberty and rights should never come with a price tag. I actively promote awareness about NALSA schemes that provide free legal representation to the vulnerable and strongly believe in the power of Para-Legal Volunteers (PLVs) and college students as “modern-day Jambavants” spreading knowledge of legal rights. I am a proponent of mediation and community dispute resolution to foster peace and harmony. I also encourage law students to run Legal Aid Clinics, adopt villages, and actively facilitate social justice, helping ensure that access to justice is fair, inclusive, and impactful. - 15:42The Charm of Imperfections | HITI BANSAL | TEDxShiva Shiksha Sadan Youth"The Charm of Imperfections" invites the audience to rethink how they view themselves and others — not as flawless end products, but as evolving, beautifully imperfect beings. Through personal stories and reflections, the talk explores how flaws can become gateways to strength, creativity, and authenticity. From imperfect academic experiences to moments of poor decision-making, each story reveals how embracing imperfection has opened doors to growth and resilience. The talk also challenges conventional ideas of perfectionism by drawing on examples of renowned thinkers, leaders, and scientists who turned their flaws into fuel for success. It highlights the everyday ways people try to conceal their imperfections and the powerful self-realization that comes from accepting them instead. Through Blogery, a youth-driven blogging platform, the speaker showcases how imperfection can unite young voices into a bold, expressive community — one that celebrates raw ideas and real emotions to drive change. By the end of the talk, the audience will see their flaws not as limitations, but as the most human, creative, and empowering parts of who they are — and will feel inspired to create a personal roadmap for growth, self-acceptance, and authentic living. I am an academically driven 12th grade student passionate about creating positive social change through education and freedom of expression. I ranked 4th in Haryana in the International Math Olympiad and 5th in the International English Olympiad (Silverzone) in 11th grade. In 2023, I became the youngest shortlisted candidate in the John Locke Essay Competition’s law category and was invited to Oxford for the academic program and gala ceremony. I founded Blogery.org an international youth platform with 50+ writers from 10+ countries, which won the 2024 Reading Torch Award by India’s Ministry of Education. Demonstrating leadership, I started technology, public speaking, and volunteering clubs at school. The volunteering club provides peer tutoring, STEM sessions, and self-defense lessons to underprivileged girls, earning national recognition.
