He brought the experience of 21 years across other industries into the Real Estate space as a success strategist and has had tremendous achievements in a short while.He was the Real Estate success strategy for Lifestyle Hub and took the company from a 5 million Naira initial valuation in 2018 to about 2.5 billion Naira by 2022. He was the highest salesperson in the company: the social funding champion and the only person that qualified six homeowners for a 150 million duplex with a subscription of four million and 16 million Naira. All of that and more in four short years! So he has a track record for real estate value addition and Sales and marketing.The Mayor Of Housing™, as a registered trademark was named the Port Harcourt king of Housing in 2021 and is currently one of the top four brands in Port Harcourt for the DMOMA Awards nomination 2022 where it’s most likely to win the Port Harcourt brand of the year!
