Arte Dualista | Patrick Eduardo & Francesco Daraio | TEDxBarletta
Arte Dualista è una performance che nasce dall’incontro tra suono e gesto visivo, un dialogo in cui l’uno dà vita all’altro. Attraverso l’uso di pannelli dotati di elettrodi, ogni tratto, segno o simbolo tracciato si trasforma istantaneamente in suono, rendendo il processo creativo un’esperienza sinestetica e immersiva. Il movimento diventa frequenza, la materia vibra, e l’atto calligrafico si traduce in una composizione sonora in tempo reale.
L’opera esplora il concetto di dualità tra visibile e udibile, statico e dinamico, gesto ed eco celebrando l’armonia tra due linguaggi che, pur diversi, si completano reciprocamente fino a fondersi in un’unica espressione artistica.
In questa dimensione, la dualità si estende anche al confine sottile tra reale e artificiale: la mano umana dialoga con la tecnologia, e ciò che nasce dal gesto analogico si amplifica attraverso il suono digitale, fondendo organicità e meccanica in un unico flusso creativo. Patrick, nato a Lipa City (Filippine) nel 1991 e cresciuto in Italia, sviluppa sin da piccolo una forte creatività grazie alla musica e al disegno. Dopo il diploma in Graphic Design e gli studi a Rotterdam in Architettura di Interni, scopre il movimento del “Calligraffiti”. Tornato in Italia, trasforma la calligrafia in linguaggio artistico, unendo scrittura, colore e materiali. Le sue opere, caratterizzate dal contrasto oro-nero, trovano spazio in Europa e Medio Oriente, portandolo a collaborare con brand e artisti internazionali.Daraio (2001) è dj, producer e sound designer. Fondatore di Tensione Collective e dello studio SWAV a Bari, porta avanti un linguaggio che unisce tradizione e sperimentazione elettronica, dal DIY di synth e drum machine ai club e festival internazionali. Dr. Ravidas Krishna Naik is a Project Scientist III in the Ocean Observations and Modelling Group at the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research, Goa, India.
