Transforming Habits Through Awareness | B.S Anagha | TEDxYouth SNIS
From childhood to adulthood, we pick up beliefs—some empowering, others restrictive. This talk examines how conscious unlearning can help us untangle what's ours from what we've absorbed.
B.S Anagha is an 8th grader at SNIS, a music and book lover who’s always up for a good story, whether in pages or conversations. She expresses herself through poetry, smashes stress away with badminton, and (as her friends say) talks a lot! But beyond that, she takes pride in being unique and confident in her skin. She doesn’t just learn—she unlearns. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
