I was born in 2010. I am very passionate about Tennis and play it at a competitive level in Asia and around the World. A huge part of Tennis is our Nutrition and how we manage our bodies. I am a vegetarian and became a vegetarian 5 years ago because of personal choice. I believe and have research that proves that being vegetarian actually helps you as it reduces bloating and bodily functions. In this TED X I will discuss how being vegetarian is and how it is better for you. Hope to open a few minds with this This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
