「流行越快,我們就要走得越慢,走得越慢,就可以更快地捏出自己的形象。」宇宙回顧自己從小到大的成長歷程,發現在成為演員後,無論是念書、女團出道、成為主持人或演員,都時常在意他人的眼光,內心中有無限個「小劇場」。上表演課時,爲了急著在老師面前表現自己,她會設法用各種想法詮釋一個情境。然而令她百思不解的是,當表演課老師親身示範時,老師的動作卻顯得簡單了當。直到她在現實世界中遇到相似的情境時,才頓時明白老師所要表達的涵義。當一切回歸自然、再也不是表演時,由於沒有人在打分數,所以很自然地就能表現出最真實的自己。雖然想被他人看到,但仍須先認同自己。只有真實流動的樣子,才是你最真實的生活樣貌。沒有人可取代獨一無二的你,沒有誰可以定義你自己。
宇宙說,流行在走,流動要有,堅持是一個價值觀,態度也是,在做我們熱愛事情的時候,自然能活出自己喜歡的樣子。流行沒有標準答案,也不該成為束縛我們的事情。在如今這個快速變遷的時代,我們更應該慢下來,找尋自己的節奏,讓流行成為自己的一部分,而非隨波逐流。同時,也要勇敢嘗試,讓流行流入自己的生命,再用自己的方式詮釋、創造屬於自己的「流。形」。
林思宇(宇宙)就讀於國立台灣大學農業經濟學系,是活躍於歌唱、戲劇與主持的「三棲」女藝人。2014 年以女團 A'N'D 出道並擔任隊長,2019 年首度擔綱偶像劇《月村歡迎你》女主角,現為《完全娛樂》主持人。宇宙希望透過自身經歷傳達,人生沒有標準答案,唯有與內心對話、不斷嘗試,才能遇見真正的自己。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. - 10:56A hundred days in Antarctica | Dr. Ravidas Krishna Naik | TEDxPanajiFrom India’s coasts to Antarctica, a marine scientist uncovers sea ice ecosystems, revealing climate clues amid coastal decline and polar productivity rise. Dr. Ravidas Krishna Naik is a Project Scientist III in the Ocean Observations and Modelling Group at the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research, Goa, India. He is a marine biologist whose research focuses on understanding the structures of microscopic plants and their responses to environmental changes driven by climate variability. His work also extends to related areas, including harmful algal blooms and strategies for mitigating microplastic pollution in the world’s oceans.
