La seconda destinazione è il viola: la trasformazione. La paura si supera con la conoscenza.
La terza destinazione è il rosso: il cuore. Il percorso va intrapreso insieme ad altri con i quali condividere gioie e difficoltà.Il patto generazionale come contaminazione.
La quarta destinazione è il blu: la concretezza e l'operatività.
La quinta destinazione è il verde: l' armonia con la natura, approccio indispensabile per il futuro del mondo.
La sesta destinazione è il giallo:l'innovazione tecnologica.L'importanza della complementarietà della tecnologia con l'essere umano.
La settima destinazione è il bianco: la luce. Abbiamo raggiunto il trofeo consapevoli dell'importanza di cosa siamo diventati per raggiungerlo.
Questa é la mission che svolge da quarant'anni con lo scopo di arrivare al traguardo e quindi al bianco ancora insieme a tante realtà aziendali e familiari. Mauro Cervini è uno dei massimi esperti in materia di passaggi generazionali nelle Aziende e nelle Attività Familiari, opera come Professionista e Manager da 4 decenni in ambito Finanziario;Industriale ed Istituzionale.
Attraverso l’attività di Advisory ha gestito delle PMI, aventi un volume d’affari pari ad oltre 1 miliardo di Euro. Ha inoltre investito in aziende quotate, in particolare all'Euronext Growth Milan, aventi una capitalizzazione complessiva di 1,7 miliardi di euro. Nel mondo delle Istituzioni ha coordinato realtà per un valore di 300 milioni di euro. In ambito industriale ha gestito società per un controvalore totale di 2 miliardi di euro. Gli asset amministrati nell'attività di Wealth Management sono pari a 900 milioni di euro.
Ha partecipato alla Quotazione in Borsa di 27 PMI.
