En su charla TEDx, Beatriz Crespo nos propone un enfoque revolucionario sobre la motivación y el éxito, desafiando la idea convencional de que la clave está en la fuerza de voluntad. Durante la charla, nos explica cómo funciona nuestra energía mental a lo largo del día, cómo afecta a nuestras decisiones y cómo identificar los momentos en los que estamos en nuestro mejor estado para actuar. También aborda cómo evitar el autosabotaje mediante estrategias simples y prácticas, que nos permitirán ser más constantes y alcanzar nuestras metas sin caer en la frustración.
Beatriz Crespo, nacida en Ciudad Real en 1985, destaca por haber obtenido dos doctorados Cum Laude, uno en Medicina y otro en Alto Rendimiento Deportivo. Su carrera está marcada por su incansable dedicación a la mejora de la salud y el bienestar a través de la medicina de estilo de vida, la investigación y la tecnología. Reconocida a nivel internacional, ha sido incluida en prestigiosos rankings como Forbes Ideas Brillantes y Top 100 Mujeres Más Influyentes, y ha sido catalogada como una de las Top 100 Líderes Disruptivos.
A lo largo de su carrera, Beatriz ha combinado su vocación investigadora con su pasión por la docencia. Fue investigadora en el Hospital Nacional de Parapléjicos de Toledo y docente en la Facultad de Ciencias del Deporte de la UCLM. Sin embargo, su espíritu emprendedor la llevó a fundar su propia empresa, Freedom & Flow, una compañía especializada en la integración de Inteligencia Artificial y bienestar laboral, innovando en el ámbito de la salud corporativa.
En 2024, Beatriz publicó su libro "MicroIAbitos Saludables", que refuerza su trabajo divulgador sobre el poder de los pequeños hábitos para mejorar nuestra salud y productividad. Esta obra consolida su presencia como una figura clave en los medios, inspirando a audiencias de todo el mundo a adoptar hábitos de vida más saludables y equilibrados.
