Medicines do not reach us by science alone but through the trust and courage of patients, doctors, scientists, and countless others working together. Behind every new treatment lies a community, often unseen, that makes progress possible. By looking at clinical trials as relationships rather than just processes, we understand that breakthroughs begin with people — their faith, empathy, and willingness to step forward for the benefit of all. Sanjay Vyas a Harvard AMP Graduate holds leadership roles at Parexel as the President & MD India and also Global SBU Head of Global Safety and Logistics. He oversees global safety & pharmacovigilance, and clinical trails supply chains. As the Managing Director of India, he also leads the Paraxel India Global Capability Centre with over 6000 employees across multiple functions. His 25-year career includes senior roles across seven countries & 4 continents. This background informs his focus on supply chain optimization and technology-driven pharmacovigilance. Sanjay promotes digital tool and hybrid trail models to improve clinical trail accessibility, keeping patient outcomes central to his approach. His leadership approach combines analytical thinking with empathy, emphasizing collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
