Divadlo nám dalo svobodu | Petr Horníček | TEDxSlavonice
From textile school and mathematics to acrobatics and artistry across genres—this is the story of two boys who, inspired by a few martial arts films, dared to chase their dream. They prove that anything is possible if you pursue your vision with confidence and a touch of madness. Petr Horníček is the principal and artistic director of Losers Cirque Company and Divadlo BRAVO! In the world of contemporary circus, he is known for his determination and passion for blending acrobatic art with theatrical poetics and strong visual storytelling. His journey began as a member of the duo Daemen, which won the first season of Czechia’s Got Talent in 2010. Since then, his name has been associated with original productions exploring new expressive forms in physical theatre, circus, and immersive stage experiences. Under his leadership, numerous theatre performances, site-specific projects, and corporate shows have been created.
