Il suo intervento al TEDx Tursi e’ un viaggio nella rinascita territoriale e comunitaria, tra turismo, autenticità e memoria collettiva. Parte da una domanda semplice ma cruciale: come può un luogo crescere senza perdere la propria anima? Racconta, dunque, come la memoria identitaria delle comunità diventi la vera risorsa per affrontare il futuro, trasformando il turismo da minaccia a opportunità. Perché un territorio rinasce davvero solo quando la sua comunità ne è protagonista. Luca Arlotto è dottorando in Territorio, Patrimonio e Sviluppo Locale presso l’Universitat de Lleida. La sua ricerca si concentra sui temi della governance partecipata, della reputazione turistica e dell’uso delle tecnologie digitali per la gestione dei flussi e la valorizzazione responsabile delle destinazioni. Ha presentato contributi su sistemi turistici di destinazione, modelli innovativi di governance e processi di coinvolgimento degli stakeholder presso conferenze scientifiche e istituzioni. Delegato Regionale per la SIStur (società Italiana di Scienze del Turismo). Parallelamente, integra metodologie esperienziali come LEGO® Serious Play® e approcci Lean-Kaizen per sviluppare percorsi formativi e strumenti partecipativi in ambito turistico, organizzativo e culturale. Si occupa anche di progetti legati alla comunicazione, al fallimento, al marketing digitale e all’uso dell’intelligenza artificiale applicata alle imprese e ai territori.
