Attraverso esempi concreti — come la collaborazione di Amazon e Microsoft con il governo ucraino o il progetto Nimbus tra Google e Israele — il talk rivela come le Big Tech abbiano dato origine a un vero e proprio “complesso militare-digitale”, dove il confine tra pubblico e privato è sempre più labile. Attualmente è ricercatore in Economia Applicata presso l’Università di Urbino Carlo Bo, dove insegna Economia politica ed Economia della Globalizzazione. I suoi interessi di ricerca riguardano prevalentemente l’economia internazionale, l’economia dell’innovazione e la teoria del valore, dei prezzi e della distribuzione.
