「流是線條的意思，形是一種輪廓，好像是在環境裡的溝通，但還是找到自己的姿態。」方序中說他特別喜歡散步，也喜歡在散步的過程中尋找創作靈感。一次偶然的機會，在西門町的一個攝影展中，他看到了外國人眼中、和他印象中截然不同的西門町，他發現慢慢觀察，可以把流形交織在一起。當你找到在生活上面的時間進行觀察的時候，你就能夠更精準的在每一個作品上面，找到它的形跟流，從個人到群體。要一個人工作固然容易，但方序中創立了究方社工作室，服務更多的人，也把理念慢慢說給大家聽.......就如同方序中開頭所提到的，「硬背的記不住，喜歡的忘不掉」，希望大家都可以追尋自己的理想，去觀察身邊的人事物，發覺自己所喜愛，然後，不帶猶豫的去實現它。就像他從事的設計行業，在與業主溝通的過程中更能發現自己想傳達的，那是很美好的交織。就如同流與形一般。 臺灣中生代平面設計師，作品涵蓋唱片、書籍包裝、視覺設計，並跨足活動策展、裝置藝術、MV 美術等領域。曾多次擔任金鐘、金曲、金馬獎等大型典禮的視覺總監，更是臺灣首位執行三金典禮主視覺的設計師。擅長以「說故事」的設計手法賦予作品溫度，並因故鄉眷村面臨拆遷，有感於記憶的流逝，以「不願失去的」為核心，發起「小花計畫」，致力於文化保存與情感連結。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
