Indirect bullying, when jokes turn to scares | Sangya Bohara | TEDxTarneit Youth

Sometimes, bullying isn’t obvious: it’s indirect and can happen through jokes or things people say behind your back. Many people don’t realise how serious this kind of bullying is, but it can really hurt someone’s feelings. No one deserves to feel scared or sad because of bullying, even if it seems small or “just a joke.” In this talk, I want to explain why indirect bullying is a big problem and why we need to take it seriously. Sangya is a student at Barayip Primary School. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
