But just like in strength training, if there is no cycle of recovery, we break.Manoj Chopra draws a parallel between physical strength cycles (bulk, cut, rest) and the toxic overdrive. Real strength isn’t just about pushing harder, but about knowing when to stop. This talk is relevant considering the rising burnout, mental health issues and the pressure to constantly do more. Manoj Chopra is considered to be Asia’s Strongest person. 6 feet 4 inches tall Mr Manoj Kumar Chopra is India’s and Asia’s strongest man. He is ranked 14th strongest man in the world and got registered his name in Guinness book of World records. Mr Manoj has been travelling all over the world and giving a strong message “Say yes to life and no to drugs”. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
