Forest Conservation is Conversation on Life | Srinivasulu IFS | TEDxABBS
Forests are more than trees - they are the laboratories of life, holding secrets of biodiversity, medicine, food security, and survival. From 10 million species that interact in ecosystems, to life-saving medicines like Quinine (malaria), Vincristine (leukaemia), Taxol (cancer), and Digoxin (heart ailments) - forests have always been nature’s greatest pharmacy. Wild genes discovered in forests helped fuel the Green Revolution.
