This speech reflects on a 30-year career shaped by resilience, change, and life lessons, especially from sports and mentors. It emphasizes the power of visualization, effective communication (with others and ourselves), and cultivating an abundant mindset. Ultimately, it urges the younger generation to step out with courage, believe in themselves, and use their potential to create a brighter future for society. Jagdish has had a very successful thirty years in the industry. He has worked with many Leaders in the market. Starting his career with Siemens, later with Proctor and Gamble, L’Oréal (a green field project), Gillette and Airtel. The last ten years of his career, he has been at the helm for Gillette and later with Airtel. He decided to hang his boots from Industry at the age of 50, to do what his heart warranted. He is an Independent Director on the Board of companies. Currently he is a certified coach - PCC (certified by ICF-USA).
For the past 20 years he has advised organizations on Strategy, and coached senior Leadership (CXO’s &CEO’s) in the globe. He also does group coaching for participants, through a program- “Unleash Your Potential”.
