Siamo fatti di musica, anche se spesso ce ne dimentichiamo. Ognuno di noi vibra con un suono unico: possiamo essere risonanti o dissonanti, rock o pop, tamburo, violino o pianoforte. In questo talk coinvolgente e profondo, scopriamo come la musica diventa una potente metafora per esplorare i nostri bisogni fondamentali, le emozioni, le relazioni e il modo in cui ci sintonizziamo con il mondo. Attraverso una “matrice musicale” fatta di quattro elementi chiave, ci viene offerto un esercizio di ascolto autentico di sé e degli altri, per imparare a vivere in modo più generativo, consapevole e armonico.
