Wir sind umgeben von schnellen Meinungen und lauten Vereinfachungen – aber wer denkt dabei eigentlich noch selbst? Markus Bräuning lädt ein, die eigene Urteilskraft wiederzuentdecken. Nicht als Pflicht, sondern als Spiel. Er zeigt, dass mehr Klarheit nicht nur im Kopf entsteht, sondern auch im Körper spürbar wird. Humorvoll, nahbar und mit klugen Fragen macht er deutlich, warum Selbstdenken manchmal unbequem ist, aber unsere größte Freiheit bedeutet.
