Prathapmohan Nair did his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum, Masters in Urban Planning from School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai and Business Management from IIM-C.A Certified PPP Specialist and Accredited Green Building Professional, he has more than 25 years of experience in various corporates, IT, multi-lateral development institutions and consulting firms including ICICI, TCS, Asian Development Bank, World Bank, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He is also a qualified Independent Director enlisted by the Ministry of Company Affairs.He has also run a Government of Kerala Public Sector Unit as its CXO and has been Executive Director (i/c) of Kerala State Institute of Design (KSID).Currently, he is working as International Consultant with The United Nations in UNCCD - The UN Convention for Desertification and Degradation in Sustainability and Green Financing space.He has authored and presented numerous technical articles and papers in leading magazines and national and international conferences.He is a visiting faculty at Rajagiri Business School, co-teaching Project Finance and Capital Budgeting; and Professor of Practice in Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction handing Real Estate Management & Finance, Infrastructure Planning & Development and Sustainable Real Estate Development & Investment.A keynote speaker, resource person, and corporate trainer, he is a Distinguished Toastmaster and currently serves as District Administration Manager of District 121, Toastmasters International.
