The Power of Quiet | Zainab Subira Abdlrahman | TEDxBAU Cyprus

“The Power of Quiet,” challenges the societal bias toward extroversion by highlighting the unique strengths of introverts. Through personal stories and research, she shows that introversion brings valuable qualities like empathy, creativity, and deep leadership. My name is Zainab Subira Abdlrahman, but most people call me Zeynuu. I’m a pharmacy student at BAU with a deep passion for learning and helping others. I enjoy reading novels in my free time—they take me to different worlds and give me a sense of peace. I consider myself a calm and introverted person, but I’m also curious and thoughtful. I love sharing the little knowledge I have, especially when it can help someone else understand something better. I’m committed to growing, both academically and personally, and I strive to be a kind and reliable person in everything I do. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
