Desde su experiencia con su empresa Celestino, David y Manolo nos explican cómo conectar el propósito del emprendedor con el de su equipo y su comunidad. Esta charla es un manifiesto para repensar el rol de la empresa en la sociedad: no como simple generadora de ingresos, sino como agente activo de cambio y desarrollo local. David y Manolo son cofundadores de Celestino Colombia, un taller de diseño que tiene como propósito dignificar el trabajo de las mujeres artesanas de Santander. Utilizando técnicas ancestrales, Celestino crea bolsos tejidos a mano en fibras naturales y cuero, preservando el legado cultural santandereano y apostándole al desarrollo local y a la economía comunitaria.David es graduado en administración de negocios internacionales de la Universidad del Rosario y candidato a Magister en Gerencia de Empresa Social para la Innovación Social y el Desarrollo Local en la Universidad EAFIT. Su experiencia profesional incluye la Coordinación de Mercado en la multinacional colombiana Miguel Caballero.Manolo es diseñador industrial de la Universidad Católica de Pereira y Magister en Estética y Creación de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Durante 9 años ha trabajado en proceso de diseño e innovación para el desarrollo de productos artesanales.
