This is Why Doubt is the Foundation of Wisdom | Clara Stancik | TEDxUnionvilleHS
Doubt can hold us back, but can it also be a motivator for progress and learning? When we question an idea, it requires us to use critical thinking to come to our own valid conclusions. Thinking for ourselves takes courage, but the benefits can be worthwhile. Clara Stancik is a sophomore at Unionville High School. She enjoys exploring various clubs and events as well as learning new skills. Clara is a committed athlete, running at varsity level for the Unionville Cross Country and Track teams year-round. She also takes part in the Unionville orchestra program as the lead violist and is a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. Additionally, Clara is involved in the Technology Student Association (TSA). In her free time, Clara finds pleasure in gardening and hiking alongside her family and spending time with her friends. Through her speech, Clara hopes to inspire others to embrace doubt as a powerful tool for growth and progress by challenging assumptions, questioning the world, and keeping an open mind. - 16:24Sistemele fragile cad. Rețelele invizibile rezistă | Cristina Chiriac | TEDxTârguMureșYou can easily recognize a fragile system: it has rigid rules, reacts slowly, and collapses noisily. But the strongest structures are invisible. They are made of people who connect, not rules that are imposed. From conversations, not commands. From courage, not status. That is where lasting change is born. Cristina Chiriac is a leading voice in Romanian female entrepreneurship, blending strategic vision with authentic leadership. Founder of Flori de IE, she transforms traditional Romanian craftsmanship into a symbol of cultural diplomacy and sustainability. As president of CONAF, she drives initiatives that empower women entrepreneurs and refugees, while also contributing as a European VET Ambassador and author of influential business books.
