Uče nas prisutnosti, autentičnosti i bezuvjetnom prihvaćanju.
- 11:34How idolizing coworkers can hold you back | Kelli Thompson | TEDxOmahaWhat if one of the key things that stops us fulfilling our real potential is not others but ourselves? Instead of looking inwards, to our own talents, strengths, skills, knowledge, we stifle our voice and look at others. Those ‘others’ who tell us they know better than we do, dominate the conversation and decision making. Why do we fear speaking up. What drives us to believing that others are better than we are rather than celebrating who we are and what we have to offer. Time to make a stance. Take hold of our courage and find our own voice, value and shape our own paths for the present and the future. Kelli Thompson is an award-winning executive coach, author and speaker who is on a mission to advance women to the rooms where decisions are made. She has coached and trained thousands of women to trust themselves, lead with more confidence, and create a career they love. She is the founder of the Clarity & Confidence Women's Leadership Program, and a Stevie Award winner for Women in Business—Coach of the Year. She is the author of the critically acclaimed book, Closing The Confidence Gap: Boost Your Peace, Your Potential & Your Paycheck. - 14:23Your Face Isn’t the Problem | Dr. Sapnna Vaderra | TEDxNerulWe’ve been told our faces are the problem. That beauty is a checklist of features—big eyes, sharp jawlines, smooth skin. But what if the issue isn’t your face at all… it’s the standard you’ve been compared to? "Dr. Sapnna Vaderra is a globally recognized Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (specialized in Facial Aesthetics and Cosmetic Surgery) and researcher known for pioneering ethnicity-specific aesthetic protocols. She leads a clinic, an academy, and a non-profit—all centered around one bold belief: that you don’t have to change who you are to feel beautiful. She is the Director of Stellar Aesthetics and co-founder of SIACE, a premier academy that has trained 1000s of doctors from across the Global South — including India, Africa, and the Middle East — in safe, science-backed, and culturally-specific aesthetic medicine. Her pioneering research has redefined how rejuvenation, volume restoration, and facial harmony are approached for ethnic morphotypes, particularly the Asian Indian face.
