Leadership is influence, and influence is built on understanding, tact, and integrity. In this talk, M.P. Singh combines lessons from historical statesmen, including Chanakya, with contemporary examples of negotiation and conflict resolution, to show why diplomacy is essential for leaders at every level. Whether reconciling differences at home or navigating complex work relationships, mastering the art of dialogue, patience, and strategic foresight enables leaders to foster trust, prevent conflict, and achieve sustainable outcomes. Singh) is an Indian Foreign Service officer who has served in various diplomatic capacities at Indian embassies across the globe. He also served as the Ambassador of India to Mongolia for five years.Mr. Singh is one of India’s longest-serving protocol officers, with the unique distinction of organizing visits for over 250 foreign leaders. With his in-depth, first-hand knowledge of global leadership and diplomacy, he will be sharing insights on diplomacy in today’s rapidly evolving world.
