Ha scelto di raccontare come ha trasformato un ossimoro - la felicità condominiale - in una realtà quotidiana per tante persone.
Un punto di arrivo che parte dai litigi tra vicini per arrivare a scoprire che esistono due bacchette magiche semplici ma rivoluzionarie per evitarli; una riflessione su come siamo tutti vicini di tutti, e sulle trasformazioni che si aprono per chi decide di cambiare prospettiva. Perché, quando impari a costruire armonia con chi ti vive accanto, stai imparando a costruire un mondo più felice. Dopo una laurea in Giurisprudenza, Simona Bastari ha capito in fretta di non voler gestire le controversie come avvocato: preferiva prevenirle come amministratrice. Nel 2017 ha deciso di trasformare radicalmente l'approccio al condominio applicando il team building alle relazioni tra vicini. Simona gestisce 200 stabili e ha creato una vera e propria formula per la felicità condominiale, dimostrando che, in condominio, i rapporti umani sono importanti quanto le questioni pratiche. Senza mai smettere di imparare e formarsi, ha portato avanti la sua visione innovativa fino a dare vita a un movimento che sta cambiando il modo di concepire la vita condominiale in Italia. Un approccio pieno concreto che dimostra con i fatti come la felicità condominiale non sia un ossimoro: è una realtà possibile e contagiosa. Basta costruirla nel modo giusto.
