Chalantica explains how she overcame disappointment when she was "derailed" from her passion, a career in the medical field. She found that she wasn't off-track, instead, she was given the chance to build new skills that will benefit her in ways she hadn't anticipated. Chalantica is a junior at Thomas A Edison CTE High School in the IT Specialist program.
