Yasemin Kireç, sosyoloji ve antropoloji eğitiminin ardından 10 yılı aşkın süre iletişim sektöründe çalıştıktan sonra kurumsal hayatı bırakıp doğa temelli sistemler, onarıcı iş modelleri ve ekosistem restorasyonu üzerine çalışmalarını derinleştirdi. Anadolu Meraları ile 2015 yılında tanıştı ve “Bütüncül Yönetim” eğitimiyle başlayan yolculuğu, geliştirdiği ve katkı sunduğu iş birlikleri ve projelerle zenginleşti. Kireç, yolculuğuna 2022’den bu yana Anadolu Meraları’nın CEO’su olarak devam ediyor.Sistemsel dönüşüm, onarıcı iş modelleri ve ekolojik ekonomi alanlarında çalışan Kireç,Türkiye ve uluslararası ölçekte liderler, girişimciler ve organizasyonlarla iş birliği yaparak,gıda ekosisteminde iklim ve biyoçeşitlilik krizlerine karşı uzun vadeli dirençlilik kazandıran yenilikçi çözümler geliştiriyor. Özellikle onarıcı tarım agroekoloji ve doğa ile uyumlu üretim sistemleri üzerine yoğunlaşarak, şirketlerin toplulukların ve bireylerin ekosistem tabanlı
