Before joining AFC, Abubakar served as a Data Translator and Futurist at Sterling Bank He holds a PhD in Decision Analytics and Risk and a Master's in Risk Management from the University of Southampton, an MSc in Islamic Banking and Finance from Aston University, and a BSBA in Finance from the American University of Sharjah.
