“Il tempo non esiste. Esiste solo l’adesso".
Barbara Nappini, Slow Food Italia, ci invita a riscoprire il valore del tempo attraverso il cibo, la lentezza e la presenza. Un viaggio tra filosofia, piacere e consapevolezza: perché scegliere come vivere il nostro tempo è il primo atto di libertà. Classe 1974, nata a Firenze, dal 2010 vive nella Valdambra, tra Valdarno, Siena e Arezzo. Dopo anni nella moda, si trasferisce in campagna e si appassiona alla permacultura e all’autoproduzione, fondando l’associazione Il Grano e le Rose. Nel 2012 incontra Slow Food e “Terra Madre-Salone del Gusto”: da lì inizia un nuovo percorso. Con la Condotta del Valdarno Superiore segue progetti educativi e dal 2014 entra nel Comitato Esecutivo Toscana e nel Consiglio Nazionale fino al 2018. Delegata a Terra Madre Giovani (Expo 2015) e al Congresso Internazionale di Slow Food in Cina, dal 2016 collabora con l’Ufficio Educazione su “Orto in Condotta” e “Pensa che Mensa”. Tra i leader del progetto Slow Food In Azione (2019-2020), dal luglio 2021 è Presidente di Slow Food Italia. Autrice di La natura bella delle cose (Slow Food Editore, 2024).
