株式会社チームボックス代表取締役、日本オリンピック委員会(JOC)サービスマネージャー、そして早稲田大学ラグビー部元監督・中竹竜二氏が語る、フォロワーシップを貫く「まとめない」ことで強くなるチームのあり方。衝突や自己開示が成功の鍵を握るリーダー観を日本一にチームを導いた経験を交えて話しながら、組織における「破壊と超回復」の重要性を伝える。Ryuji Nakatake, CEO of Teambox co. ltd., Service Manager at the Japanese Olympic Committee (JOC), and former head coach of the Waseda University Rugby Team, shares his insights on how a team grows stronger not by being unified, but by embracing its differences as maintaining followership. Through his experience of making his team the champions of Japan, he explores a leadership style where conflict and self-disclosure are not obstacles, but keys to success, while highlighting the importance of “destruction and supercompensation” in organizations. Captain of the Waseda University Rugby Club, graduated from the University of Leicester Graduate School in the UK. After working at Mitsubishi Research Institute, he led his alma mater to two consecutive victories as coach. He is involved in coaching training at the JOC.
