Et si nos épreuves étaient des miroirs, révélant à la fois nos blessures et notre force intérieure ? Sharone FRANCKEN nous invite à repenser la résilience comme un art de vivre : apprendre à accueillir la pluie, pour mieux danser avec elle. Son parcours témoigne qu’il est toujours possible de se reconstruire, loin des clichés et des attentes imposées, en cultivant la gratitude, la méditation et la simplicité. À travers son regard de maman, elle nous rappelle que l’essentiel se cache souvent dans l’instant présent, dans les mains tendues et les joies toutes simples. Son talk est une ode à l’espoir et à la transformation, une invitation à embrasser nos vulnérabilités pour en faire des forces. Je suis Sharone, née d’un métissage belge et mauricien, j’ai grandi avec une vision du monde teintée de diversité. Très tôt, j’ai compris que l’identité se construit à travers les rencontres et les contrastes. Devenue diététicienne, j’ai vite réalisé que l’alimentation est bien plus qu’une question de nutrition. Certains chapitres ne se choisissent pas. Les cycles relationnels destructeurs que j’ai vécus m’ont poussée à me réinventer. Cette épreuve m’a appris que nos relations sont un miroir, révélant à la fois nos blessures et notre force intérieure. Convaincue que la connaissance de soi est la clé de la résilience, j’invite à explorer le pouvoir de l’introspection pour dépasser les blessures et écrire de nouveaux chapitres, plus libres et plus alignés.
