The speaker shares her journey from a corporate life to the icy frontiers of Antarctica — a story about facing fears, chasing dreams, and discovering that courage is contagious. Kremena Georgieva is a communicator by profession and an explorer by calling. Her path is not guided by marked trails, but by an inner compass driven by curiosity. It has led her into the depths of caves, into the heart of glacial crevasses, and to one of the most remote and little-studied corners of the planet — Smith Island in Antarctica. She took part in the 33rd Bulgarian Antarctic Expedition. This exciting adventure led her to the astonished reactions of penguins and seals who had never seen a human before. With a passion for science, strong intuition, and a constant drive to explore, Kremena believes that dreams are not some random wishes, but direction. Courage and determination are her guiding tools.
