Spark Catch | Wei Hung Lin | TEDxNanshan High School
The inventor of the glow-in-the-dark baseball spent more than five years off work to create the world's first glow-in-the-dark baseball, and has since been given the title of inventor. Although the invention was made, the case failed due to various reasons in the domestic and international crowd-funding kickstarter, Indiegogo all failed.
The perseverance of a baseball fan led to a come-from-behind home run with two outs and two strikes in the bottom of the ninth inning! By never giving up, he designed, manufactured, marketed, and branded Spark Catch, and became a success.
From then on, he had another title - entrepreneur.
A few years later, Glow-in-the-Dark Baseballs received high ratings from customers on Amazon.com and successfully reached the goal of selling more than 150,000 units. After gaining a lot of experience and capital, more crazy new products are on the way to meet you. THE ABILITY TO CREATE A DIGITAL IDENTITY FROM SCRATCH LETS US SHAPE OUR OWN ALTER EGO. BUT WHY DO WE SO OFTEN USE IT IN HARMFUL WAYS? THAT'S THE QUESTION I AIM TO ANSWER. MY NAME IS JULIA, AND I AM A FIRST-YEAR DIPLOMA PROGRAMME STUDENT AT 2SLO IB. ACADEMICALLY, I AM INTERESTED IN PSYCHOLOGY AND LINGUISTICS, WHICH I HOPE TO STUDY IN THE FUTURE.
