In AI We Trust? | Theresa Tjandrawinata | TEDxTSM

This talk wants to get us thinking about how much we actually rely on AI in our daily lives. From content recommendations to chatbots to study tools, AI is pretty much everywhere now. But as it keeps learning from us, we have to ask ourselves: are we still in control or are we slowly letting algorithms make decisions for us? The main point is to start a conversation about where to draw the line between getting help from tech and staying connected to how we think, feel, and make choices on our own. Theresa Tjandrawinata is a tech educator and entrepreneur who makes AI, cryptocurrency, and Web3 accessible for all. With her brand Theresa Learns, she has built a strong following by simplifying complex technologies and emphasizing inclusivity, especially for young women stepping into tech. She leads a B2B crypto wallet startup and champions the power of digital literacy, believing that education in emerging technologies is essential for shaping a future where everyone can participate. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
