Doutorada em Gestão Industrial, empreendedora e docente premiada, Irina Saur-Amaral acredita que educar é inspirar e não formatar. Com uma carreira que atravessa a Roménia e Portugal, o ensino e a indústria, desafia rotinas e reinventa formas de aprender e ensinar. Na talk “Educar para o imprevisível”, Irina convida-nos a ver a educação como uma ferramenta num mundo em constante transformação, onde o que mais importa não é preparar para o conhecido, mas cultivar coragem para o desconhecido. Uma chamada à ação para sonhar, arriscar e liderar em tempos incertos. Irina Saur-Amaral é doutorada em Gestão Industrial (Gestão de Inovação / I&D internacional) pela Universidade de Aveiro.
Tem mais de 15 anos de experiência profissional empresarial, como colaboradora, gestora e consultora, e mais de 7 anos como empreendedora. Leciona no ensino superior desde 2006, nas áreas de gestão, estratégia, inovação, marketing e metodologias, em licenciaturas, mestrados, doutoramentos e formação de executivos.
Ganhou 4 prémios de melhor docente, em três instituições de ensino superior distintas.
Gosta de desafiar os seus estudantes e fazê-los acreditar que, com ousadia, muito trabalho individual e de equipa, e espaço para serem criativos e lidar com a incerteza, podem concretizar projetos e objetivos que parecem impossíveis de alcançar.
Nasceu na Roménia e veio para Portugal com 24 anos.
