What If 1+1=3? | Munaf Kapadia | TEDxNMIMSIndore

NOTE FROM TED: TEDx events are independently organized by volunteers. The guidelines we give TEDx organizers are described in more detail here: http://storage.ted.com/tedx/manuals/tedx_content_guidelines.pdfIn his TEDx talk, Munaf explored the concept of synergy, illustrating it with the idea of 1+1=3. He emphasized how collaboration and the right connections can create outcomes far greater than individual efforts. Sharing personal experiences, he explained how meeting the right person at the right time for the right work led to remarkable results. Munaf highlighted that synergy is not just about working together, but about combining strengths to unlock new possibilities and exponential growth. Munaf Kapadia is the visionary Founder & CEO of The Bohri Kitchen, a one-of-a-kind home-dining concept he launched with his mother in Mumbai in 2014. In 2015, he left his corporate role to build The Bohri Kitchen full-time—transforming his mother's home-cooked Bohri cuisine into a celebrated culinary brand. Munaf authored the memoir How I Quit Google to Sell Samosas, detailing his journey of entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, and creative tenacity This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
