Have you ever felt trapped in the endless chase for perfection — even while “relaxing”? Van Thao Pham Nguyen invites us to look deeper into how our freedom to achieve everything has turned into a silent prison of burnout and comparison. In her heartfelt talk, she shares how true freedom might lie not in adding more, but in daring to keep empty spaces for ourselves. Van Thao Pham Nguyen is currently pursuing a degree in International Economics at Foreign Trade University (FTU). She is the Champion of S-MAZE 2024 — one of Vietnam’s leading communication strategy competitions — and the Winner of Heading for the Future Project: E-Commerce Season 4. With a passion for creative problem-solving, she was also named Top 10 at the Global Innovation Ideas Competition KMAC-FTU 2024 and Top 9 at the Mystery of Word (MOW) 2024.
