Three Anchors in a Storm | KARNAL SINGH | TEDxShiva Shiksha Sadan Youth
In this deeply moving and introspective talk, a decorated police officer and former enforcement chief shares lessons from real moments of chaos, criticism, and courage — from leading the Batla House encounter to transforming national institutions. Through gripping stories of integrity under fire, reform born of truth, and compassion in leadership, he explores how three anchors — Grit, Grace, and Guiding Principles — can steady us when life unravels. Grit teaches persistence with purpose; Grace keeps strength humane; and Guiding Principles ensure we stay true amid pressure and praise alike. Blending personal experiences, moral reflections, and timeless wisdom, this talk inspires audiences to lead with courage, act with empathy, and stand firm on values — even when the storm rages hardest.
