She Was Pretty | Trúc Anh Nguyễn | TEDxLuong The Vinh Youth
Trúc Anh tells a heartfelt story of how a life shaped by beauty and admiration was suddenly disrupted when change arrived, bringing judgment, silence, and loss. What once felt like a downfall became a turning point, as she slowly rebuilt her health, her confidence, and her voice. Through this journey, she discovered that true beauty lies not in fitting expectations, but in authenticity, resilience, and the courage to love herself. Her message reminds us that strength is born not from perfection, but from rising after we fall Nguyễn Trúc Anh (born September 23, 1998, in Ho Chi Minh City) is a Vietnamese actress best known for her breakout role in Dreamy Eyes (Mắt Biếc, 2019), where she was chosen over 1,400 candidates and helped the film reach record box-office success.
