Ingegneria Relazionale: il Potere degli Incontri Dispari | Oscar Dalvit | TEDxTursi
Viviamo in un’epoca in cui la tecnologia sembra aver preso il posto delle relazioni. Eppure, è proprio la tecnologia – se usata nel modo giusto – a poterci riportare al centro. In questo intervento, Oscar Dalvit racconta il suo percorso: da ragazzo appassionato di computer a imprenditore che ha deciso di mettere la tecnologia al servizio delle persone. Nasce così, con la sua azienda Segnalazione Vincente, quella che chiama l’Ingegneria Relazionale dei Dispari: un approccio che unisce intelligenza artificiale e relazioni umane per creare incontri professionali significativi. Ma c’è un’idea ancora più profonda: il valore degli incontri tra Dispari. Troppo spesso ci circondiamo di persone simili a noi, i gruppi di “pari”, ma è dalla differenza – tra mondi, linguaggi, esperienze – che nascono le connessioni piu’ efficienti. Nel suo lavoro con centinaia di aziende, Oscar ha visto che l’incontro tra un’impresa strutturata e un ambizioso libero professionista, tra un imprenditore e un talentuoso agente, può generare opportunità concrete, fiducia e collaborazione vera in tempi molto più rapidi, proprio sfruttando la velocità del “dispari”.
La tecnologia in questo processo non allontana, ma facilita. Non sostituisce, ma connette. Aiuta a far incontrare le persone giuste e riporta al centro il fattore umano. Un intervento che non parla solo di marketing o di business, ma di una nuova possibilità: usare il digitale per tornare umani, valorizzare i piccoli, per costruire un mondo migliore.
