Luis Monroy, originario de Toluca, Estado de México, es Subdirector de Ventas en Productos Alimenticios La Moderna, una de las empresas familiares de alimentos más grandes del país. Forma parte de la tercera generación y ha liderado iniciativas de sustentabilidad que impulsan un cambio real, tanto dentro de la empresa como en la industria. Su visión de liderazgo se enfoca en cuestionar lo establecido para encontrar nuevas formas de crecer y mejorar, apostando por prácticas sostenibles y un futuro más consciente.
