The Power of Stillness: How One Breath Can Break Burnout | Jinesha Jain | TEDxRound Rock Women
What if the secret to success isn’t speed — but stillness? Jinesha Jain, a first-generation Indian immigrant, corporate professional, and real-estate entrepreneur, shares the moment that changed her life: when ambition pushed her forward… but stillness finally brought her home to herself. Jinesha Jain is a speaker, corporate strategist, real-estate entrepreneur, and emerging voice in the space of mindful leadership and nervous-system–aligned success. As a first-generation Indian immigrant, she brings a rare blend of cultural depth, emotional intelligence, and practical strategy to every stage she steps onto. Her work sits at the intersection of ambition and alignment — helping high achievers, women, and immigrants navigate success without losing themselves in the process. Through her experiential talks, storytelling, and simple science-backed practices like Bhramari pranayama, she teaches audiences how to reconnect with clarity, confidence, and conscious presence.Jinesha’s message was shaped through her own journey: juggling a thriving corporate career, building a real-estate business, and carrying the invisible emotional weight that many women and immigrants understand deeply. Her turning point came when she discovered the power of stillness — a moment that redefined how she works, leads, and lives.Today, Jinesha is becoming a sought-after speaker and guide for organizations, universities, and communities looking to support well-being, leadership, and human-centered performance. She speaks on mindful success, burnout prevention, and leading with clarity in high-pressure environments. - 14:02Track it. Feel it. Explore it. Why the future of health is personal | Olivier Kleynjans | TEDxUSVTOlivier has challenged the current pressure and solutions around the health industry and overall ways of living by provoking mindsets rather than artificial add-ons, personalized approach rather than overall success recepies. Olivier spent over a decade playing field hockey at the highest level, discovering how the smallest habits can influence performance and well-being. This passion for human potential led him to a seven-year career as a sports physiotherapist, helping both elite athletes and ordinary people to recover, progress, and achieve balance. Today, Oli translates these lessons into Yoboo — a health-tech startup with the mission to help people everywhere optimize their lifestyle and feel their best, combining science, technology, and personal balance.
