Mr. Navin Wadhwani is a seasoned professional with over 29 years of experience in investment banking and corporate strategy. He has led transactions worth over USD 60 billion across the globe — spanning M&A, IPOs, debt restructuring, and project finance. Mr. Navin most recently served as Chief of Mergers & Acquisitions at Reliance Industries, India’s largest private sector company, where he worked closely with the Executive Committee and business heads to drive corporate strategy and transformative deals. Previously, he was Senior Managing Director at Rothschild, leading landmark cross-border transactions and building Rothschild’s India franchise to global acclaim. He also held a national leadership role in power, energy, and infrastructure at Arthur Andersen. Outside the boardroom, Navin is an avid endurance athlete — having completed over 14 marathons across five continents, five of which are part of the World Marathon Majors, and is a proud Ironman triathlete.
