AI has the power to shape our world, but it will only serve us all if it’s built with every voice in mind — challenging us to reimagine not just what machines can do, but who they do it for. Laura Morselli is an AI on HPC expert at CINECA, where she works on developing artificial intelligence solutions using high-performance computing systems like Leonardo. She holds a PhD in Astrophysics from the Technical University of Munich and a Master's in Astrophysics and Cosmology from the University of Bologna. Laura is the technical project manager of IT4LIA, the Italian AI Factory funded by the European Union, and leads several European initiatives that support innovation in research and public services.
