The main point is your GPA isn't the only thing that defines your growth. There’s so much we learn in college that doesn’t show up on the transcript. Like learning how to fail, how to work with different kinds of people, how to understand yourself, and how to get back up when things don’t go as planned. This talk’s here to remind us that learning doesn’t only happen in class. Growing outside the system matters just as much as doing well in it.
